1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and online store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Pharmacy of Ocean.

2. Scope of the online store

The online shop sells over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements, first aid supplies, personal care items and durable medical equipment only. Prescription medications are never sold through this store; all prescription requests are processed separately through our PrimeRx pharmacy workflow and are subject to pharmacist verification.

3. Prescription services

Online refill and transfer requests are a convenience, not a guarantee of dispensing. Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist, and we may contact you, your prescriber or your insurer before filling. Controlled substances and certain medications may require additional verification or in-person pickup.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable New Jersey sales tax at checkout. Payment for retail orders is collected at pickup or on delivery (card, cash, FSA/HSA where eligible). We may cancel or limit orders in cases of error, stock shortage or suspected misuse.

5. Delivery

Free next-day local delivery is offered within our published service area for orders placed before the daily cut-off. Delivery times are estimates; weather, traffic and pharmacy volume may affect them. Someone may be required to receive certain items.

6. Returns

Unopened retail items may be returned with receipt within 30 days. Prescription medications, compounded preparations and opened personal care items cannot be returned for safety reasons. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

7. Not medical advice

8. Liability & changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmacy of Ocean is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
